Going to reply to both comments here because I'm on a netbook and the smaller screen flusters me because I can't see much. Anyway, ahahahaha, I see your subtle hint and raise you the fact that I'm in the middle of a 45,000 word long fic where I take the Avengers and put them in [spoiler] universe, so I don't really see any chance of me sitting down and writing the Avengers of Pern. :-P
However, that said, I don't see Natasha as a goldrider. I think she would have a green dragon, Clint and Bruce would have browns (though Bruce's would be as large as Canth), and Tony, Thor, and Steve would have bronzes. I see Maria as a goldrider because she's in a leadership position if she's a rider at all and not helping Fury rule the Lower Caverns. Steve would be their wingleader, Clint the wingsecond, with Tony and Thor regularly grandstanding. They're the squad that handles the rogue Thread, the one that no regular wing formation will be able to handle. They were each recruited from different Weyrs because they're all ace flyers and unconventional to boot. Natasha's Russath is smaller than even most greens, but she's fast and nobody can match her in agility. C'lint's Iowath has the best aim and doesn't need much firestone to make a point. St'ven's Brooklyth is a fine beast, a burnished bronze that seems downright wholesome. T'or's Molnirth is a hammering force of a brute. And you don't want to cross T'ny's Ironth because he will knock you down.
Also, with that hair, you know that Natasha had to have come from Ruatha Hold, which means she and Clint were recruited from Fort Weyr. Clint traveled with the Lillencamps before he was discovered on a Search. Steve came from Benden, weyr-bred but always seen as too small to be a proper rider. He stunned them all by Impressing at a young age (hmm, remind you of anybody? ;)). Tony is from Telgar (where he regularly worked on mining equipment when he wasn't busy with his weyr duties), Bruce from Igen (because, hey, dust: India), and Thor is from the Southern Weyr because they don't grow them that big up north.
ETA: Plus, greens are sterile, which fits my rather sad headcanon for Natasha.
So, sorry I can't offer you the fic, but I can give you the headcanon! ;) And those dragon pictures you linked below are stunning. I want them on my wall.
